Like mr Arteezy said , PMA ( Positive Mental Attitude ) . Its work , because if someone on your team while playing ranked game , or maybe you start blaming . The other will Blame too , then your games will end up with tragedy . So before you play , Manage your self to not join trashtalk , so you can play with 100% of your skill .
Many people think that "I CAN WIN THE GAME WITH CARRY" . So after 3 guy pick Carry Heroes , You also pick Carry hero and the last pick probably pick it too . Then you play ranked with 5 Carry . Dont even think that you are very good once you win with 5 carries hero . That chance only 1 of 10 games . So thats up to you if you want to lose 9 games with carry with only 1 winning game . Or Play coop with your team , and win 6 - 7 games everyday .
Passion , is the most thing you need . If you really want to Climb that mountain . Without Passion you will easier to let lose . Something like , "LET IT LOSE FUCK YOU" , or "NOOB I AFK YOU VERY NOOB" or another trashtalk you may know . Do you really want to WIN ? then play until the very end bitch !
Last but not breast , i mean Least . SKILLS is the most powerfull thing you need to win ranked games . Because if you play everyday and never improve your self to be better . You will stuck at your rate .. So , learn everything each game you play . Because if you play only for fun , then dont try to reply everyone that trashtalk to you . Because not all people like you , Playing games for fun only .
